Reviewing some new credit card rules
As you may recall, back in May, Congress passed some new rules regarding credit cards under the moniker CARD: Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure Act. Some of the changes came about in August; others will show up in 2010. Here is a rundown of these changes.
