Bank Accidentally Sells Couple’s Home
Despite being up-to-date on their modified mortgage payments, a Valley couple found Chase foreclosing on their home. “You work so hard. Put a lot of money down on your house. You pay your taxes. You pay your mortgage, and it’s all stolen from you,” said Jeff Zerner, the homeowner.

How can we make sure that even after going through the process of loan modification an error like this does not occur?
This just goes to show what precautions one has to take to stay on top of the banks and be clear exactly where you’re holding.
