First Denied Then Approved, What Is The Lesson?

I just got a call from a client Mr. B, from Monsey NY, who has been trying to get a loan modification under the Making Home Affordable program for months (he actually was one of the first to invest in the Toolbox) but was told that he doesn’t qualify for it, but may qualify for the banks modification program.

He finally got a call today from Wells Fargo that he is approved for the Making Home Affordable program.

**** Here is what he did******

He invested in the toolbox and reviewed everything with me before he sent it in to the bank.

He desperately needed a break in the mortgage payment due to a hardship but the bank was giving him a hard time.

He is not someone that gives up quickly nor will he be pushed around by the bank. He was persistent and was updating me during the process and I was able to help him and guide him in the right direction.

So here is the lesson for you:

1) ACT! Do something! Don’t just sit around and wait for a miracle.
2) Take advantage of my offer of revising your paperwork before you send it to the BANK!!
3) Be persistent!!! And don’t give up!!!

Now, let me also tell you a little secret. There is a deadline the government has set for all the banks in regards to modifications. By NOVEMBER 1st they need to have a total of 500,000 done and Wells Fargo is far behind the goal so they are now more eager to HELP!!

So don’t be left out, get in gear and do what you need to.

****If you have not invested in the toolbox. Do it now go to www.joehelpme.com and reserve it for yourself. Remember I normally don’t make this available to the public. I only have it for those that are on my teleseminar. ****

****If you have the toolbox but need help, please order a 1 hour financial coaching session and you will have all the leg work done for you. Call 800-653-2684, only 7 appointments a week available (I’m booked till October)****

Please keep in mind that you don’t want to miss an opportunity and especially now when the government is saying that the recession is over and they may stop this program.

Hurry!!! Don’t miss it!!!

Always stay positive,

Joe Gross

P.S. You don’t want to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity go to www.joehelpme.com now.
